Yes. MRs can check in, record visits and book orders with no signal. Everything syncs automatically when the phone is back online.
Will GPS tracking drain the MR's battery?
Location is recorded only during work hours, after the MR starts the day, and stops when they end it. Normal usage is comfortable on everyday Android phones.
Can you move our data from our current MR app?
Yes. Send us your doctor, chemist, stockist and user lists in Excel or as an export from your current app. We import and check them for you.
How long does it take to go live?
Most teams go live in 2–3 days: demo, data import, company setup, then MRs install the app and start their day.
Is there an iPhone app?
The MR app is on Android today, which covers most field teams. Managers and head office use the web app on any computer or phone. Contact us if you need iPhone for your team.
